The press centers of Harbin OC will provide the following photography-related services for photographers:

a. According to international practices, the photographers from some news agencies will be granted by Harbin OC the priority right in photographing during some events. The number of those news agencies with priority right in every event will be subject to the real situations at competition venues.

b. The photographers with priority have to exchange for a special armband of priority with their own accreditation cards in the Sub-Press Centre at the venue. When the interview finishes, accreditation cards should be exchanged back with the armband.

c. Services for Nikon and Canon camera rental and maintenance will be provided at the MPC. Those two companies will provide the accredited photographers with services free of charge.
